- Social media
- Using smartphones, tablets or computers

Meet new people and have fun
Our Digital Learners are either living with a disability or aged 55 or over and from a wide range of backgrounds. Becoming a Digital Buddy will give you opportunities to meet new people, and have some fun at the same time!
Gain new experiences and build self-confidence
Becoming a Digital Buddy is a unique opportunity to help improve the digital skills of older people and those living with a disability across Essex. It’s a challenging, rewarding and fulfilling experience that many participants don’t get elsewhere. You will also get the opportunity to improve your own skills which may enhance your career opportunities, particularly in the fields of teaching, health and social care.
